Our apologies for the early closure of this year's International Archaeology Day Event. Due to unexpected high winds and blowing dirt, the organizers felt it necessary to close down early for safety reasons to prevent injury to event participants and visitors. #1: 2025 PAAC SUMMER FIELD PROJECTS – Dr. Sarah Allaun, Colorado State Archaeologist, will lead exciting archaeological fieldwork in Weld County, Colorado. No archaeological experience is required, but comfortable with hiking and camping is recommended.
