International Archeology Day

This year’s International Archaeology Day will be held at Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. This family-friendly FREE public event will feature talks from professional archaeologists, on-site archaeological tours, and exhibitions all based on history and archaeology.

LAMB SPRINGS ARCHAEOLOGICAL PRESERVE 2023 PUBLIC TOURS
Schedule a free tour of this Paleo-Indian Mammoth Kill Site located in Douglas County. Monthly tours will run May 20th through October 7th. As of July 2023, there are only two tour dates left for 2023 (September 2nd and October 7th).
